Fitness should be accessible to all ages and all bodies. Day to day, I work with clients ages 20 to 99 focusing on goals that range from achieving a handstand to standing up from a seat. My passion lies in helping people heal not only their body, but their relationship with themselves. My goal is to show my clients and students that you do not have to already be an athlete to start working out and progress on your fitness journey.
We will work together to identify your current physical fitness and abilities. From there, we will create a plan to work towards your personal strength and mobility goals.
Have you always wanted to try yoga without the intimidation of attending class as a beginner? Work with me to set up a consistent practice with one on one attention and customization.
Interested in hosting workshops or classes? I am available to teach programs, workshops, and pop-up classes at a variety of locations (i.e. gyms, studios, community centers, etc.)
