Marisa Monroy, CPT

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher, and co-partner of AcroYoga Cape Cod. I have been teaching fitness classes for the past 6 years and currently publicly teach: Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Chair Exercise, and AcroYoga.

By day, I personal train adults 55+ at a local pool and gym that specializes in both senior and post-physical therapy fitness. In addition to that, I offer private sessions for individuals and residential communities.
